Tangy lemon curd in a buttery graham cracker crust topped with fresh whipped cream and sliced lemons... my friends, what could be better?! My in-laws are big fans of anything with lemon so this dessert was an easy choice for my contribution this Easter. I love that this recipe is simple to make, doesn't require a ton of ingredients but tastes absolutely delicious!
